Little Miss Smiley

I was happy to get the chance to take some pics of my niece Kaitlyn. I have never seen a baby SMILE more than that little girl!! Although you wouldn't know it from looking at these photos, she was alot more interested in trying to eat her frilly outfit, than smiling for her Favorite Auntie!!

my new pettiskirt has arrived!!

I was so excited to receive my brand new pettiskirt in the mail. Little Miss has been less than cooperative when I ask her to sit for some photos. So I had to get creative. I lined up all of her ponies in the 'audience' and then I made the BIG announcement. "AND NOW ladies and gentlemen (ok-so it was an infant and some 'my little ponies') I am proud to announce one of today's hottest new ROCK STARS...... LIVE in our living room to perform her latest hit!!!!" She really bought into this one. Her eyes were dazzling with excitement as I motioned for her to start singing her song. She needed no more prompting from me...she knew just what to do. I don't know where this girl gets it. She immediately made up an original song and went to town!!!!

Little Miss Maddie

I have to jump at the chance to photograph Maddie. Although she is getting better, it is rare for me to get a long enough opportunity to get out the camera, get her situated and get some pics of her!!! Here are a few from Sunday morning!!!!

Today I met with little Rebecca and her Mommy and Daddy. She looked just like a little doll!! I wish I could have gotten more smiles out of her, but she decided she was going to go with the 'serious' look for this photo shoot!! The fourth picture in this post is the exact moment I think she realized she had toes!!! She just kept looking down at them in amazement. The look on her little face was priceless ,as if she wanted to say 'hey what are those ten funny looking things down there....I never noticed them before!!!!" She was adorable!!

This weekend was my cousin's baby shower. We took a long ride up to the Poconos to join in the celebration. Another great opportunity for some family photos and one unexpected shot of a hummingbird. I wish I could have taken more, but my two babies had plans of their own...which involved alot of crying!!!

The First Video

Here is the First Video slideshow I ever made. It took me days and days to edit it, not to mention picking a select few from the 10,000 photos that I have. It's no wonder my little one runs when she see the camera coming out. I don't think there is a moment of her 3 1/2 year life that I don't have on film.....someday she'll thank me!!!!!
